In order for you to become a full member, you will need to hold either of the following Amateur Radio Licenses:-
M3 - Foundation License
2E0 - Intermediate License
M0 - Full License
If you do not currently have an operating license, but you would like to become involved with RAYNET, then do not despair. We are always looking to strengthen our team here in Wolverhampton with non radio support personnel.
